Copyrights to use DeltaPhoto Art photos for commercial purposes

All photos from DeltaPhoto Art portfolio can be used for commercial purposes after signing of contract between authors and users. The Contract specifies rights and obligations of users and authors, concerning the use of photographs: a list of photos, the method of use, the quantity (for use in the press), any further sales, time and other constraints and so on. Every user who has purchased copyrights accepts the obligation of visible identification of author of photographs that he uses.

Purchase price of copyright is contracted directly with the client and depends on all factors of photographs use. Cooperation begins with customer's query that contains a list of photos and descriptions assumed way of their use. The best way to send a query is to specified email address.

Sale of Art Prints

DeltaPhoto prints can be sold exclusively in high quality printing. Formats may be different and standard offer is format A3+ (500x350 mm). Price of HQ prints individual copy in that format: on watercolor paper (300 g) is 45 €, and on special canvas is 75 €. Of course, shipping costs shall be borne by the buyer. Please note that other formats of prints are also available, as well as the different materials - the price of prints in non-standard offer is calculated on customer's request

Discount for larger orders: 10% for 10 + prints, 20% for 30 + prints and 30% for 100 + prints (for this option DeltaPhoto gives written consent for further resale).

Post-production services for your photographs

Taking into account that on DeltaPhoto mail has arrived a number of inquiries concerning the processing of images on a computer, we decided to include this option in the offer which includes: primary processing, HDR or panoramic merge of multiple photos, cleaning and cloning, collage and photo montage, adding text or vector graphics and all up to design and prepress.

Price of post-production depends on the type and quantity of works and is contracted directly with the client and to a large extent depends on the number of photographs contracted for processing. The request can be submitted to us by an e-mail.
